Democratic Party Corruption in Annapolis: Politicians Using Their Positions to Pay Themselves
In the past few weeks, there have been multiple instances of Democratic politicians being punished for using their positions for self-gain. These instances are nothing new, but unfortunately they've been ACCELERATING and getting worse, not better. Less than two weeks into 2017, 4 different members of the Maryland General Assembly have already been involved in corruption investigations.
Looking at the past 20 years, no less than 9 different Democratic lawmakers have either been imprisoned or faced ethics inquiries as a result of using their position for personal financial gain. Here’s a look at "The Timeline of Depravity" and unethical acts committed by Democratic Delegates and Senators:
In the past 2 years, Governor Hogan has begun the process to "Change Maryland", which has resulted in award winning departments and a 74% approval rating. He needs more Republican Delegates and Senators to complete his agenda, though.
When you go to the ballot box to vote for your Delegates and Senators in 2018, ask yourself, “Do we need any more corrupt Democrats in Annapolis, or would a balanced government be better?”
